Job Schedule: Full Time (40 Hours per week)

Salary: $105,998.00/Annum

Job duties:

  • Configure Workday HCM, Time Tracking and Absence business processes including validation rules, calculated fields and other components.
  • Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors.
  • Analyzing and documenting complex business requirements and processes relating to the Workday Absence Management / Time Tracking deployment.
  • Perform risk analysis, and lead key functional stakeholders, vendors through impact analysis, HCM enhancements, change request, and product upgrades.
  • Creating global reports on weekly, quarterly, annually and on an ad-hoc basis to include turnover, terminations, active employees, cost center, Time off Reports.
  • Creating Supervisory Organizations, Cost Centers, Location and its hierarchies. Configured and Tested Business Process and notifications in core HR.
  • Creating Test Scenarios/Test cases for Core HR, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, advance Compensation based on the Functional requirements.
  •  Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs and makes recommendations. May require certification in specific applications.
  • Familiar with a variety of the Workday HCM report and integration concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Serve as the main source of information about the project to the stakeholders and external teams.  Communicate key project plans and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, schedule, and scope changes. Serve as the liaison for the project’s technical and functional teams.
  • Providing consultation on business process topics related to the Workday services that are being delivered by other resources.

Minimum Education Requirement: This position requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
