Job Duties:

  • Responsible for developing integration solutions for Workday – Lowes Global – HCM/Payroll platform.
  • Responsible for all phases of the integration lifecycle. Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Integration solutions for various functional areas including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.
  • Create custom integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday core connector, Cloud Connects, Document Transformations, Web Services and Rest APIs.and Time Tracking.
  • Create and maintain inbound/outbound Workday HCM integrations to third party systems including Talent Acquisition optimization program, Talent Management Development efforts and external systems using Workday Studio and specific vendor templates.
  • Responsible for creating complex reports like Advance, BIRT, Matrix, Composite and Dashboard with different calculated field functionalities and re-engineering with workday environment
  • Configure Business process and Domain Security policies to implement end-to-end security solutions in Workday.
  • Create technical documents which capture the development standards for the Workday project. These standards are fundamental building blocks to maintain consistency throughout the project and facilitate an effective output till post-production support.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, develop and test prototypes and proactively maintain integrations once in production.
  • Support systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) by providing insight to testing teams in order to ensure the appropriate depth of test coverage

Minimum Requirement: This position requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
