Job Duties:
- Developing Workday integration by utilizing Cloud Connects, Document Transformations, Enterprise Interface Builders, and Workday Studio for various functional areas including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.
- Associating with worldwide HR teams to ensure successful design of system and provide documentation for each phase of the development lifecycle.
- Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio.
- Creating global reports on weekly, quarterly, annually and on an ad-hoc basis to include turnover, terminations, active employees, cost center reports.
- Developing Integrations for 3rd party vendor system or client- owned system for initial implementation or upgrade projects.
- Perform risk analysis, and lead key functional stakeholders, vendors through impact analysis, HCM enhancements, change request, and product upgrades.
- Providing strong documentation and functional requirement gathering for a variety of integrations and interfaces. There are 10-15 payroll interfaces for their payroll systems, but most of these interfaces will be HCM/CoreHR related. Beneficiary will be fixing and troubleshooting these integrations that are already in production and providing reports and documentation. Any new integrations that are built from scratch are done by their partner but the technical components that are already live and in production will be supported by the client.
- Must be comfortable with all of the development tools in Workday, including Studio, EIB, calculated fields, and Core Connectors.Strong experience with documenting and creating reports in Workday.
- This role is meant to support CoreHR but also should support Recruiting and Performance
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
