Location: Work from Home due to COVID-19 pandemic. Employee must be onsite at client location(Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17103) after COVID-19 is resolved.

Salary: $81,000.00/Annum + Company Standard Benefits

Job Duties: 

• Design or develop software systems with architectural diagram of application and its possible outcomes.
  • IBM Ration suite tools includes WebSphere and Domino.
• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements.
  • To ensure java and .net code deploy to the tools and initial checkout of application.
• Direct application maintenance and its documentation
  • Maintain business standards with support and upgrade the application and prepare documentation for further upgrades.
• Modify existing software to correct errors and to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
  • To develop automated scripts for solving repeated issues, archive logs.
• Consult with customers or other departments on project status, technical issues considering new application build and existing application maintenance.
  • Initial build of application and to gather requirements which support application.
• Analyze information to determine, recommend and plan installation of new system environment.
  • Gather information for application pre-requisites and test the application in lower environments and proceed with production with appropriate parties’ approvals.
• Monitor functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications.
  • Work with stake-holders inquires and request requirements to enhance application.
• Advice customer about and perform maintenance of software system.
• Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities or status.
• Train users to use new or modified equipment and help with issues within application.
  • Work with customers to provide access to application and conduct training sessions.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
