Job Duties:

  • Develop SQL queries in SCCM to generate software and system usage reports.
  • Upgrade Office 2010 to Office 2019 and Write PowerShell scripts to make necessary updates to the systems
  • Migrating data from SharePoint on-prem into SharePoint Online using Sharegate and organize status meetings with users to discuss and implement new plans and projects.
  • Validate and document the migrated teams and SharePoint sites.
  • Design and Development of Single Page Applications and Multipage applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AngularJS Hosted on SharePoint Online.
  • Create and Modify SharePoint site Collections with multiple sites, unique navigational elements, custom content types and site columns, site pages, web part pages, workflows, retention policies, and governance policies.
  • Creating custom columns, content editor, script editor web pages and web parts.
  • Develop new user-friendly features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Testing the customizations that have been implemented to existing and new systems and troubleshooting the user specific and systems specific issues. Documenting the technical aspects of the existing system.
  • Converts business requirements into technical solutions using the appropriate and applicable SharePoint Solutions.
  • Assist with migration from on-premise to hybrid cloud solution
  • Works with the System architect and other team members on application and content architecture and work distribution
  • Sets up content architecture in a current site structure, with emphasis on end-users being able to maintain their content themselves
  • Responsible for providing support to end-users in maintaining content on their various web pages and assisting site owners with site development and maintenance
  • Communicates with end-users, team lead and team members, on the details of the proposed design and progress on the work.
  • Implementing and deploying custom SharePoint features to enhance out-of-the-box functionality
  • Evaluating, designing, and developing applications
  • Developing Workflows using Nintex and SharePoint designer
  • Developing custom features and web parts within SharePoint using HTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript.
  • Integrating data from external web services
  • Developing web services for external and internal consumption
  • Instantiate and Integrate multiple SharePoint systems with InfoPath in front end and Nintex workflows supporting the processing and integration of the related InfoPath form
  • Redefining and designing multiple automated processing solutions with an intent to improve the overall functionality of the SharePoint system and efficiency within the organization
  • Implementing and planning the customizations to the system to ensure the production system remain operational to reduce the related risks while publishing the forms or making new changes.
  • Migrating data from SharePoint on-prem into SharePoint Online and organize status meetings with users from different roles in the organization to discuss and implement new plans and projects.
  • Creating InfoPath 2013 and Nintex 2013 workflow solutions, while documenting the functionality of the existing system.
  • Design and Development of Single Page Applications and Multipage applications using SharePoint Designer, jQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AngularJS Hosted on SharePoint Online.
  • Develop OData queries to implement MS Power automate flows to automate several business processes in SharePoint Online
  • Create and Modify SharePoint site Collections with multiple sites, unique navigational elements, custom content types and site columns, site pages, web part pages, workflows, retention policies, and governance policies.
  • Creating custom columns, content editor, script editor web pages and web parts in SharePoint designer while using CAML queries to pull the data from SQL for better processing of data from the database into the production system.
  • Develop new user-friendly features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Testing the customizations that have been implemented to existing and new systems and troubleshooting the user specific and systems specific issues.
  • Assigning permission to users, tools and data based on the role and priority of the personnel and training users on how to use the product based on their custom view and user specific personalization

Minimum Requirement: This position requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
