Job Duties:

• Work closely with IT team and business users to build requested items using workflows to manage processes from the customer to fulfillment teams.
• Create Notifications to send communication from the system to the various teams in the organization. Perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations.
• Participate in ongoing production support and end user support.
• Develop Systems integrations and process automation.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Develop, Implement and maintain Tables, Database views, Access Controls, Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, Reports, Catalog Items, UI Scripts, Client Scripts and UI Policies, Events, Notifications within ServiceNow platform
• Monitor system stability and performance metrics to prevent service degradation or interruption.
• Work in Agile SDLC methodologies for Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production. Create Transform maps to import data into ServiceNow tables by mapping field value.
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods and tools.
• Ensure configuration consistency and processes are in place to have a development/test/production environment that is reliable and reproducible.

Minimum Qualification: This position requires minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
