Location: Atlantic City International Airport, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08405

Job Schedule: Full Time (40 Hours per week)

Salary: $94,745.00/Annum

Job duties:

• Creating interactive site navigation, sitemaps, running usability tests and delivering prototypes, low and high-fidelity wireframes, visual designs with validation from global business users.
• Design and develop digital and interaction design, customer experience strategy, mobile and web applications, product design, e-commerce, marketing.
• Design and develop world-class customer experience that transforms the design into a strategic business driver and competitive advantage.
• Create flows and journey maps to depict interaction solutions that are in line with user, business and IT requirements.
• Perform UX quality assurance against developed applications and log defects with development teams.
• Translate user needs and client requirements into both low and high-fidelity visual concepts and prototypes to be used in testing and aid with cross-team communication, collaboration, and development.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with our team to help us find balance between user wants, client needs, technical level of effort, and timelines.
• Implement the product owner’s vision by researching, conceiving, wire-framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for web applications.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions and make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
• Design and generate fully interactive HTML prototypes and click-throughs which were used for client presentations, mock-ups, as well as user-testing studies.
• Develop user personas and scenarios in order to enhance functionality and usability for key audiences.
• Iterative process with high fidelity mockup showcase data visualization and UI design controls to provide highly flexible and hybrid responsive design experience.

Minimum Education Requirement: This position requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
